One thought can send you down an existential rabbit hole. But I like to look at the Universe and think about all the possibilities that are waiting to be discovered.
Astronomers have yet to find a solar system similar to ours. Of the thousands of known exoplanets, none can match the planets in the backyard of space. But scientists are just beginning to explore the surface of these planets outside the solar system. The next step is to look inside.
If you’re keen on exploring other worlds, watch The Hunt for Planet B, which airs on CNN on Saturday, November 20 at 9:00 pm ET.
Keep an eye on scientists as they plan to launch NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope, the world’s most powerful space observatory.

After years of delays, the Webb Telescope is slated to launch on December 18 in French Guiana. He is going to study exoplanets in a new way and

The name of the telescope is controversialand many still hope NASA will change that.
Webb is exploring the atmosphere of exoplanets, some of which are potentially habitable. For those who sent in questions about the mission, we did.

Webb is ready to help us understand the origin of the universe and begin answering key questions about our existence, such as where we came from and are we alone in the universe.
other worlds
Oh, where will Webb go! The telescope will look at various objects such as stars and galaxies in the distant universe and planets in our solar system, but many people associate Webb with exoplanets.
After launch, the telescope will take months to prepare for observations a million miles from Earth. Later,
the magic begins…
The observatory is to investigate the TRAPPIST-1 system, which includes seven Earth-sized exoplanets orbiting a cold dwarf about 40 light-years away.
But astronomers are also interested in exploring other mysterious exoplanets, such as planets the size between Earth and Neptune. Our solar system does not have a planet as famous as this, but it is the most common exoplanet in our galaxy. Now scientists want to know how they formed.
across the universe
Scientists agree that there will likely not be a planet B for humanity. We must do our best to take care of the Earth because they say it is. The only world for us.
But looking ahead, astronomers are bewildered by the question: if planet B existed, what would it look like?
Some believe that this will be a real twin of the Earth, since life is formed in the same way as here.
Others expect us to learn that life can be shaped in different ways. If you look at the variety of exoplanets around different types of stars, it doesn’t seem so incredible.
So, there is a more interesting idea:
What if life on Earth never started?, and somewhere else?
Wonderful creatures
If you worked from home during the pandemic, your pet is probably used to having fun, which complicates separation anxiety when you return to the office.
Elena Herski Douglas, professor of animal computer interaction at the University of Glasgow, Scotland, decided to change that with her DogPhone. Unlike other pet technology, DogPhone allows dogs to call their owners.
She tested her invention on Zach, her black Labrador retriever, by hiding a sensor inside a ball. If the ball moves, it initiates a video call on the computer. O

ocean secrets
It’s time for the twilight zone – those in the ocean. This region, before daylight gives way to the eternal darkness of the deep sea, is as mysterious to us as space.
The more researchers learn, the more they realize that the animals that live in them play an important role in regulating the Earth’s climate. Here, beautiful and exotic creatures migrate up and down every day.
This area has an amazing supporter: director James Cameron.
