‘We Hear’ Episode 92: Leo and Yacht: A love story

'We Hear' Episode 92: Leo and Yacht: A love story

In this episode:

  • Even before the pandemic, Leo DiCaprio could not miss the opportunity to relax on a luxury boat. He was recently spotted at a yacht party celebrating his girlfriend’s 23rd birthday.
  • D.L. Hughley passed out on stage at the comedy club before testing positive for the corona virus – which made Maggie and Ian wonder about the future of live comedy shows.
  • And DJ Khaled’s full hazmat for the appointment of a dentist is quite a sight.

Here are a few examples of today’s stories:

The life of the cruise ship

Over the weekend, “Titanic” star Leo DiCaprio was seen partying on a yacht for the 23rd birthday of his girlfriend Camila Morrone, in a photo exclusively obtained by Page Six.

DiCaprio, 45, was the only person there who wore a mask when the affair took place. Guests, including actress Nina Dobrev, Olympic snowboarding Shaun White, actors Kevin Connolly and Lukas Haas, wore cowboy hats and Western clothes.

The ship, Leight Star Super Yacht 43 meters, anchored at Marina Del Rey in LA. He sailed for Malibu at 11am and returned to shore around 4:30 noon.

DL Hughley passed out

D.L. Hughley frightened visitors and employees of the comedy club when he fainted in the middle of his shooting location in Nashville.

Records of the incident were posted on Twitter by members of the audience.

Fortunately, a Youtube journalist named DJ Vlad has confirmed that the 57-year-old “King of Comedy” is doing much better, tweeting, “DL Hughley is ok. I just talked to him.”

DJ Khaled is ready

DJ Khaled is very similar to us – the Miami-based producer has been indoors under quarantine orders for months. Recently, he went out for the first time, but with full hazmat clothing to overcome the incredible pain from the root canal he could no longer ignore.

The 44-year-old man stepped into his head-to-toe teeth while in the dentist’s parking lot, wrote an Instagram photo of his clothes, “Play with it if you want (ūü¶†) I have my kids not playing around ūü§≤ ūüŹĹ The first day out of the cradle in 3 and a half months. “

Maestro de Braga is the first Portuguese in the National Symphony Orchestra of Cuba.

Maestro de Braga is the first Portuguese in the National Symphony Orchestra of Cuba.

Maestro Filipe Cunha, Artistic Director of the Philharmonic Orchestra of Braga, has been invited to conduct the Cuban National Symphony Orchestra, as announced today.

According to a statement sent by O MINHO, “he will be the first Portuguese conductor to conduct this orchestra in its entire history.”

In addition to this orchestra, the maestro will also work with the Lyceo Mozarteum de la Habana Symphony Orchestra.

The concerts will take place on 4 and 12 March 2023 at the National Theater of Cuba in Havana.

In the words of the maestro, quoted in the statement, “these will be very beautiful concerts with difficult but very complex pieces” and therefore he feels “very motivated”.

From the very beginning, Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 2 will be performed by an Italian pianist (Luigi Borzillo), whom the maestro wants to bring to Portugal later this year. In the same concert, Mendelshon’s First Symphony will be performed.

Then, at the second concert, in the company of the Mexican clarinetist Angel Zedillo, he will perform the Louis Sfora Concerto No. 2. In this concert, the maestro also conducts Tchaikovsky’s Fifth Symphony.

‚ÄúThis is an international recognition of my work. An invitation that I accept with humility and great responsibility. I was surprised to learn that I would be the first Portuguese member of the Cuban National Symphony Orchestra. This is a very great honor,‚ÄĚ the maestro said in a statement.

‚ÄúI take with me the name of the city of Braga and Portugal with all the responsibility that goes with it, and I hope to do a good job there, leaving a good image and putting on great concerts. These will be very special concerts because, in addition to performing pieces that I love, especially Rachmaninov and Tchaikovsky, I will be directing two wonderful soloists who are also my friends. It will be very beautiful,‚ÄĚ concludes Filipe Cunha.
