If elected Senator of the Republic, Candidate Carone (Aguir) says he will defend Espirito Santo. In an interview with ESHOJE, he said that he does not want to enter into a fight between the executive and the judiciary, but wants to work in the interests of the state of Espírito Santo.

“The guy goes there to argue with the Supreme (Federal Court). I am not here to argue with God. Supreme has a problem with the president, the problem is with the president, not with me. I have to take care of our state. That none of them care. That’s why I want to be a senator for Espirito Santo to take care of our state. This is mine, this is my goal.”

Idalecio Carone Jr., a 75-year-old businessman from Espírito Santo, was the development secretary in Vila Velha at MDB-linked Gestão Max Filho. He even spoke to Brasil 35 and other acronyms before signing the affiliation form and becoming the president of Agir.

Among the bills he intends to bring up for discussion in Congress is one that would prevent a politician with a mandate from running without resigning. “One of the projects that we are going to work on in the Senate is one in which the candidate, if he has the position of deputy or senator and wants to run for mayor, must resign. Because if he loses, he’s still a deputy or a senator, and that’s wrong. If he runs for some position, he must leave the place, because if not, then he slows down and does not let anyone in, ”he specified.

It will be as needed. If I get sick, they’ll have to take over. But they will help me in my mandate, they will have action, we must work for our people, Espirito Santo.
