Guillen is described as 5 feet 2 inches, 126 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, according to an Army CID statement.

He has a cross tattoo with flowers on his left arm, flowers also on his left arm and a mountain with a circle on his upper left shoulder, according to his family’s website.

The official asks anyone who has information about his whereabouts to call a special Army CID agent or military police.

Maestro Filipe Cunha, Artistic Director of the Philharmonic Orchestra of Braga, has been invited to conduct the Cuban National Symphony Orchestra, as announced today.
