Mary Trump's book: Judge temporarily blocked the publication of the tell-all book by President Trump's niece

The verdict issued by Judge Hal B. Greenwald of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, the state trial court, was the first legal victory for Robert S. Trump, the younger brother of the President. Robert Trump has tried to block the book by Mary Trump, the President’s nephew, argues that it violates the confidentiality agreement relating to the assets of the President’s father, Fred Trump.

“Robert Trump is very pleased with the New York Supreme Court’s order of Mary Trump and Simon & Schuster,” Charles Harder, Robert Trump’s lawyer, said in a statement.

Calling the actions of Mary Trump and Simon & Schuster “despicable,” Harder added that he hoped to “passionately submit this case.”

“Short of corrective action to immediately stop their terrible behavior, we will pursue this case to the end,” Harder said.

In addition to his work for Robert Trump, Harder has a history of filing lawsuits against news organizations on behalf of President Trump. The lawsuits have been dismissed by legal experts because public relations are hampered with little chance of success in court.

Ted Boutrous, a famous First Amendment attorney who represented Mary Trump, and who also represented CNN on past issues, said the order “violently violated the First Amendment.”

“We will immediately appeal,” Boutrous said. “This book, which addresses issues of public interest and importance about the president who is sitting in the election year, should not be suppressed even for one day.”

Adam Rothberg, a spokesman for Simon & Schuster, said in a statement that the company was “disappointed” in the court’s decision.

“We plan to immediately appeal this decision to the Appeals Division, and hope to win in this case based on established precedents regarding previous restraints,” Rothberg said.

Simon & Schuster described Mary Trump’s book, “Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the Most Dangerous Man in the World,” as “the authoritative, authoritative portrait of Donald J. Trump and the poisonous family that made it.”

The book is the fourth best-selling book on Amazon Tuesday afternoon.

The book, the publisher said, would shine a “bright light on the dark history of their families to explain how his uncle became a man who now threatens health, economic security, and the world social order.”

Tuesday’s ruling came after a judge for the Queens County Substitute Court in New York last week rejected a similar attempt to block the book, citing lack of jurisdiction.

After the case was dropped, Robert Trump took his case to the New York State Court.

Robert Trump believes that as part of the litigation related to Fred Trump’s will, a settlement was reached that included confidentiality provisions. That provision, according to Robert Trump, has been agreed by all parties, including Mary Trump.

The Trump administration has recently taken legal action in an attempt to block the book of John Bolton, a former national security adviser.

But a federal judge denied the Justice Department’s motion, writing in his ruling that Bolton’s book had been widely distributed and that the court “will not order the confiscation and destruction of political memoirs nationally.”

Maestro de Braga is the first Portuguese in the National Symphony Orchestra of Cuba.

Maestro Filipe Cunha, Artistic Director of the Philharmonic Orchestra of Braga, has been invited to conduct the Cuban National Symphony Orchestra, as announced today.

According to a statement sent by O MINHO, “he will be the first Portuguese conductor to conduct this orchestra in its entire history.”

In addition to this orchestra, the maestro will also work with the Lyceo Mozarteum de la Habana Symphony Orchestra.

The concerts will take place on 4 and 12 March 2023 at the National Theater of Cuba in Havana.

In the words of the maestro, quoted in the statement, “these will be very beautiful concerts with difficult but very complex pieces” and therefore he feels “very motivated”.

From the very beginning, Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 2 will be performed by an Italian pianist (Luigi Borzillo), whom the maestro wants to bring to Portugal later this year. In the same concert, Mendelshon’s First Symphony will be performed.

Then, at the second concert, in the company of the Mexican clarinetist Angel Zedillo, he will perform the Louis Sfora Concerto No. 2. In this concert, the maestro also conducts Tchaikovsky’s Fifth Symphony.

“This is an international recognition of my work. An invitation that I accept with humility and great responsibility. I was surprised to learn that I would be the first Portuguese member of the Cuban National Symphony Orchestra. This is a very great honor,” the maestro said in a statement.

“I take with me the name of the city of Braga and Portugal with all the responsibility that goes with it, and I hope to do a good job there, leaving a good image and putting on great concerts. These will be very special concerts because, in addition to performing pieces that I love, especially Rachmaninov and Tchaikovsky, I will be directing two wonderful soloists who are also my friends. It will be very beautiful,” concludes Filipe Cunha.
