Judge revokes mandate of another important Boca da Mata politician in less than a week

Last Thursday, the 10th, Mayor of Boca da Mata Bruno Feijo and his Vice President Sergio Maciel were charged with the political crime of abuse of economic power after poverty, Judge Raul Cabus, representative of the 48th electoral zone condemned this Wednesday 16 -year-old, another politician from this city. This is President of the House of Councilors Anderson Costa. The action refers to the deprivation of political rights in connection with a conviction for illegal possession of weapons.

The initial states that the defendant was convicted on February 27, 2018 for the crime of illegal possession of firearms under Art. 14 of Law no. 10.826/2003, to a final penalty of 2 years’ imprisonment and 10 days’ fine; the decision upheld by the Superior Court of Alagoas (TJ/AL) in the decision on appeal, with the decision becoming final and not subject to appeal on September 9, 2021, was converted into 02 (two) restrictive sentences of the law .

DEVICE:

In connection with the foregoing, the requirements are SATISFIED in accordance with Art. 487, I CPC, DECLARATION the loss of Mr. José Anderson da Costa Silva, based on Art. 15, III of the Federal Constitution.

I refrain from condemning the defendant for costs and legal fees in accordance with Art. 18 of Law 7.347/1985.

Report the decision to the city council, giving them fifteen (15) days to implement the measure.
