After not finding last year’s takers at $ 11.2 million, Liam Payne One Direction’s fame has changed the real estate agent and bought back the complex in the Santa Monica Mountains near Calabasas for $ 10.75 million.
The British singer and songwriter bought land of nearly five hectares five years ago at a price of $ 10 million and has renovated property extensively during his ownership.
Tucked behind a gate, this beautiful expanse includes a 9659-square-foot main house, two guesthouses, a teahouse, and a mosaic-floored swimming pool. Lime terraces, koi ponds, organic gardens and small vineyards fill the land.
The main house is in Spanish style, although it was built in 1991, full of Old World details. Scuttlebutt is that James wants to increase to a greater compound.
The NBA MVP four times previously spent about $ 43 million combined on a pair of houses in Brentwood.

Harvey is the third owner of an impressive estate in five years. It was previously owned by filmmaker Tyler Perry, who sold it in 2016 to televangelist David Turner for a record of $ 17.5 million.
