Filmmakers Laura Ricciardi and Moira Demos from “Making a Murderer” have made their home in Los Feliz sold for $ 3,297 million, according to records.

Previously owned by Los Angeles Philharmonic conductor Gustavo Dudamel, this Mediterranean-style Four Square house was previously renovated by Simo Design.

Built in 1923, the house prints classic moldings and ceilings coved with updated homework in the bathroom and kitchen. This 3,600-square-foot house has a separate living and dining area that is accessed by pocket doors in the lobby. The master suite is equipped with a clawfoot bathtub for a total of four bedrooms and four full bathrooms.

Outside, the trellis provides cover for the al fresco dining room. A swimming pool, lawn, hedgerows and two separate car garages fill the yard.

Konstantine Valissarakos from Nourmand & Associates and Richard Yohon from Sotheby’s International Realty hold the list.

Ricciardi and Demos won several Emmy Awards for “Making a Murderer,” which they wrote, directed, and produced. The Netflix documentary series records the case against Steven Avery, a Wisconsin man who was sentenced to life in prison for the murder of Teresa Halbach.

The place was bought from Dudamel in 2017 for $ 2,849 million, The Times reported earlier.
