Fuel prices are falling again, as if they have not seen in 8 months

From this Monday, November 8th, replenishment in Portugal will be cheaper.

Fuel prices will go down in the country.

From Monday, November 8, it will be cheaper to replenish the deposit. Fuel prices will fall, which has not happened in eight months. This will be the largest weekly drop in prices since May last year. The drop will be greater in diesel.

According to “Business magazine”, Diesel is expected to drop two cents to € 1.526 per liter. On the other hand, the drop in 95 gasoline will be less pronounced. It will rise to € 1.718 per liter, down 1.5 cents. This is the biggest drop since March.

This change in prices is due to the devaluation of a barrel of oil. This came after US President Joe Biden put pressure on global producers over price increases in recent weeks.

Oil demand outstripped supply. members of The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) will keep the plan outlined in June for the time being and will increase production by 400,000 barrels per day by early 2022.
