Anyone who has already completed the Covid-19 vaccination schedule (two doses or one dose, in the case of Janssen) can now issue a vaccination certificate in Connect SUS, the official app of the Ministry of Health.

The app has been causing instability over the past few days, causing the city of Rio de Janeiro to postpone the requirement for proof of vaccination for moviegoers and gym goers until the 15th. On Tuesday afternoon, both websites (https://conectesus.saude.gov.br) as the iOS and Android app worked fine.

In the case of Android, an update to the app was available for download from the Play Store, and in tests conducted by G1 on Tuesday afternoon (31), a new version allowed the document to be released.

In addition to the Connect SUS certificate, it allows every citizen to see in detail the Covid-19 vaccination data, including the batch of immunizing agents, as well as information about the Unified Health System (SUS) services.

Connect SUS is an app is free Ministry of Health. It displays general information for each citizen, such as a digital vaccination card and a national Covid-19 vaccination certificate. According to the history of each person, he can also collect the results of laboratory tests for Covid-19, drugs from Popular Pharmacy, as well as records of blood donations and monitoring of position in the transplant queue.

Currently, Connect SUS only provides data on Covid-19 vaccinations. Data on other vaccines used by SUS will be added incrementally, according to the proponents.

How to use and register?

You can download the app for free on your smartphone or access Conecta SUS through the Conectasus.saude.gov.br website. There are versions for both iOS and Android operating systems.

You must have a federal government account to access, which can be done via CPF and email at https://cadastro.acesso.gov.br or directly in the app.

Who Submits Dose Data to Connect SUS?

According to the Ministry of Health, the information in the application is sent by states and municipalities through the National Health Data Network (RNDS). The information becomes available within 72 hours after the records are sent to the national network.

What is vaccination certificate and vaccination card?

The application allows you to draw up two different types of documents.

The “National Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate” refers to the ongoing vaccination campaign against the new coronavirus pandemic.

The document can be viewed directly from the app and has the option to display a QR code and confirm validity with a code. The document summarizes the information about the applications and proves that the citizen took both doses or a single dose of Janssen. It can also be issued in English or Spanish.

It can also be formatted as a PDF in a format that can be printed, for example, on an A4 sheet.

This document, which can also be downloaded from the Connect SUS website, is an option for confirming compliance with the vaccination schedule for international travel and will soon be used on national territory: for example, in Rio de Janeiro, the document will be one of the ways of confirming immunization and visiting cinemas and gyms.

“The digital vaccination card will allow visualizing all immunizing agents applied to a citizen and registered in the information system of the National Immunization Program (SI-PNI). However, the card is being filled in gradually, which currently allows visualizing and issuing only data on vaccination against Covid-19, ”the ministry said in a statement.

In other words, in the future, all vaccines used against other diseases will be registered on this virtual map.

How to issue a certificate of vaccination or vaccination card?

You can get both documents either on the website or in the attachment. It is also possible to download documents in PDF format. Both are valid for 12 months.

National vaccination certificate:

  • On the website or app, go to the Vaccines tab.
  • Then click the box containing the dose information (manufacturer, batch, place and date of dose).
  • Then click “Certificate of Vaccination” – this option appears only for those who have completed the vaccination schedule.
  • The document contains information on citizens and a QR code, available in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
  • To issue a certificate in another language, click on the country flag and initials at the top of the page. The system automatically switches the version.

  • On the website or app, go to the Vaccines tab.
  • At the bottom of the page, click “digital vaccination card” – the document contains detailed information about the person who made the vaccine and the doses administered, the date, series and place of vaccination.

Maestro Filipe Cunha, Artistic Director of the Philharmonic Orchestra of Braga, has been invited to conduct the Cuban National Symphony Orchestra, as announced today.

According to a statement sent by O MINHO, “he will be the first Portuguese conductor to conduct this orchestra in its entire history.”

In addition to this orchestra, the maestro will also work with the Lyceo Mozarteum de la Habana Symphony Orchestra.

The concerts will take place on 4 and 12 March 2023 at the National Theater of Cuba in Havana.
