Among the main violations identified, ASAE highlighted, among other things, “non-compliance with the rules for selling advertisements with price reductions, non-compliance with legal regulations regarding promotions, lack of a complaint book, and insufficient transparency of prices from outside. in shop windows or shop windows. “
