This organization, which aims to hold large digital companies accountable, wants the authorities, shareholders and advertisers, as well as regulators, to “take a close look” at Musk’s controversial project, which has already had several conflicts with the US stock market regulator (SEC). , by its abbreviation in English).

The NGO coalition, Gill argued, hopes to “mobilize shareholders” who have “become more vulnerable” to Musk’s “erratic behaviour.”

Recall that at the end of May, several Twitter shareholders filed a complaint against the businessman, accusing him of manipulating the market to obtain savings when trying to acquire the social network.
