The presidential convoy arrived at the Trump National Golf Club in Sterling, Virginia, Saturday morning, according to a pool report. Khalil Abdallah from CNN reported that Secret Service members with Trump on the golf course were wearing masks, even though the President and his golf partners did not. The president was seen driving alone on his golf cart and a caddy did not appear to be with him, Abdallah reported.

The president is then seen playing golf again at the property on Sunday.

At the White House briefing on Friday, Dr. Deborah Birx, an official of the White House coronavirus task force, said that Americans must take this weekend to enjoy being outside, but they must do so with precautionary measures.

“So please when you go out this weekend, understand you can get out, you can be outside. You can play golf, you can play tennis with marked balls. You can go to the beach if you live 6 feet apart, but remember that it is your space and that is the space you need to protect and ensure that you maintain social distance for others, “Birx said.

Before the weekend, Trump’s last golf outing was on March 8 when he visited the Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida.

According to CNN calculations, Saturday and Sunday events marked Trump’s 357th and 358th visit to one of his properties and his 265th and 266th trip to one of his golf clubs during his presidency.

Trump was previously called to be PGA golf program on NBC and told the host that he missed sports and could not play in the middle of a pandemic because he was busy.

“I really miss him. I haven’t played since the problem started. I haven’t been able to play golf for a while, I have been very busy and I think that’s just one of those things,” Trump said last week.
