The Portuguese have already bought over 70 luxury apartments in Lisbon Infinity – Imobiliário

Infinity, Vanguard Properties’ elite residential project worth € 90 million, has already sold about 60% of its 195 apartments, the company said in a statement Monday.

Vanguard notes that the top-selling models are the T2 and T3, with prices ranging from € 720,000 to € 1.25 million, and that customers include British, Brazilian, Angolan, and Middle Eastern and Asian customers.

However, he stresses, Portuguese buyers account for 70% of sales. In other words, more than 70 apartments in an elite residential complex were purchased by the Portuguese. Infinia, due to be completed next summer, has 26 floors and 195 apartments ranging from T0 to T6 Duplex. The project also has 329 parking spaces, an outdoor pool on the 24th floor, two indoor pools – one for adults and one for children, two party rooms, a gym and a spa.
