Continuously evolving, Microsoft is testing the latest Windows 11 news through the Insiders program. You want to evaluate the quality of these enhancements and identify problems that exist in these versions before releasing them to the market.

The latest of these test releases has arrived, and it brings one of the strangest bugs Microsoft has ever introduced to this system. After installing this update, one of the most common and important elements of Windows 11 just stops working and doesn’t help the user.

Anyone who uses trial versions of Windows 11 knows that they are susceptible to any issues Microsoft brings to this system. They are designed to test and evaluate problems that may affect day-to-day use.

So it should come as no surprise that this new bug, even if not very logical for many Windows 11 users. From what has been described, build 22494 and earlier causes keyboard backlight display issues for Caps Lock, Scroll Lock, and Num Lock.

complaints accumulate See the Feedback Hub app where users describe an issue affecting this build. The disadvantage is minor, but it can cause problems for users who cannot figure out if these features are active and in use.

Microsoft said it is already investigating the problem and then finding a solution. This should appear soon in a new build that will be released soon as it happens a lot with this test program.

However, for everyone who has this problem, there is an external solution that can be used right away. Using apps like TrayStatus they can have direct access to what they have. It's visual too, although it's not on the keyboard, but on the Windows 11 taskbar.

As we said, this is a bug that Microsoft is expected to fix soon in a future build of Windows 11. It's weird and weird, but it's part of the troubleshooting and evaluation process for the entire Insiders program.
