The government has launched a new virtual assistant with which you can constantly request information from the General Directorate of Economic Activity, which was developed under the Simplex program. Information can be accessed from any equipment, be it a PC, tablet or smartphone, with the help of the new tool, which is in the experimental phase of virtual assistance in Web site state agency.

The platform was developed using artificial intelligence and is available 24/7. The system allows you to provide simultaneous assistance without waiting in line for help. Despite the new tool, users can still access the direct service by phone or email when needed to ask questions.
