Kate Moss is the latest witness in a defamation case against actors Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. The supermodel appears on video since she lives in England and begins by identifying herself and explaining how she met Depp, whom she dated from 1994 to 1998. Asked if she was vacationing with the actor at a resort in Jamaica, Kate says yes. He then goes on to talk about the episode of alleged abuse that Hurd alluded to earlier in his deposition, which includes a fall down a flight of stairs.

“It was a rainy day. I left the room before Johnny, slipped on the stairs and ended up falling, injuring my back,” he says. “I screamed because I didn’t even understand what happened to me, and he ran to my aid, took me to a room and asked for medical help.”

When asked if there was violence in this episode, and if Johnny Depp pushed her, the model denies this and says that the actor never attacked her. Finally, Kate Moss did not have time to answer the last question: why did she decide to testify today, and did not agree to testify in some court. On objection, this answer was not accepted, but the supermodel made it clear that the actor never showed violence towards her during their relationship.
