Screenwriter Chad Hayes, half of the duo who wrote the brotherhood behind the film “The Conjuring”, has put his townhouse in Malibu on the market at a price of $ 1,245 million. Or, the place can be rented for $ 7,000 a month.

Located in a gated community near Point Dume, this end unit of around 2,300 square feet has a mixture of hard wood floors and Saltillo tiles, high ceilings and fireplaces in the living room. There are two main bedrooms, each with a balcony, plus an office with a built-in. The powder room sits at the entrance.

A floor plan of around 2,300 square feet features high ceilings, a living room with a fireplace and a side terrace.
