Tesla Model Y will start shipping to Portugal in the next few days

In a determined and firm manner, Tesla has been able to conquer the various markets in which it operates with its electric vehicles. Its latest offering, the Model Y, is now starting to hit the markets where it will be introduced.

Tesla, with a keen interest in our country, has good news for drivers in Portugal. Model Y will arrive in a few days to customers who have already ordered this new brand offering.

Portugal is in the early stages of Tesla's plans. The previous models of the brand soon became available in our country, which testifies to the attention and desire to quickly reach the European market with all its proposals.

The big news is the arrival of the Model Y in Portugal. The new electric vehicle has already been unveiled and is now materializing in the hands of customers who have already ordered it. If the purchase is made now, delivery is guaranteed next month.

At this stage of the launch, the Tesla Model Y will only be available in the Long Range AWD version, the price of which starts at 65,000 euros. Later, early next year, there will be a Performance model with a base price of € 71,000.

The available Long Range AWD model guarantees Tesla the ability to accelerate from 0 to 95.5 km / h in 3.5 seconds, as well as a top speed of 249 km / h. In the area of ​​autonomy, the brand promises a throughput of 480 kilometers according to the WLTP standard.

The Performance model, which will appear later, will have permanent all-wheel drive, as well as acceleration from 0 to 95.5 km / h in 4.8 seconds. The maximum speed is 217 km / h, and Tesla guarantees the autonomy of the WLTP of about 505 kilometers.

Model Y wants to tweak Tesla's offerings a bit. This smaller SUV offers 7 seats (option) or a payload of 2,100. Its price is far from affordable, but still lower than other offerings of the brand in Portugal, much higher.
