6th Bull – Francisco Paglia (Canas Viguru – 628 kg)

The last performance of the big Lisbon bull night was very cohesive and had the stamp of Francisco Paglia.
Another type of cage with very good interpretation and a series of shorts, with a good level of opposite hooks.

The last catch of the night was at the expense of João Prates of the Grupo de Coruche, and it was achieved on the first try.

5th Bull – Marcos Bastinas (Canas Viguru – 630 kg)

There were two distinct moments in the second and final performance of Marcos Bastinhas on this hot night of the bulls.
The first one consists of short shorts of good length and with a spectacular cambio on the face of a bull and loud exclamations. Secondly, an attempt to obey the wishes of the public, leaving half a pair of bandarillas around, at a time when the enemy was already approaching the boards.

Duarte Mira was responsible for the final takeover belonging to the Lisbon group. It was completed on the first try.

4th bull – Antonio Telles (Kanas Viguru – 636 kg)

António Telles built what led to an increase in quality.
The bullfighter from Torrigny left long ones with good grades in order to gradually “rise” to shorter ones, coping with his usual class, gathering at an expert level, going out to finish off the game.

Miguel Raposo of the Grupo de Forcados Amateurs de Coruche completed his second attempt.

3rd Bull – Francisco Paglia (Canas Viguru – 606 kg)

Francisco Paglia was the author of a wonderful production.
The luck of the cage, one of “his” best in recent years, when the bull jumped out and found himself next to the bullfighter, who never for a second gave up his original intention. At first the shot was short, then … then a thunderous ovation, followed by others, for the fact that he nailed the shorts with excellent execution.
An enthusiastic performance, and another bull contributed.

The third crossing, in charge of training in Lisbon, was made by João Varandas on the first try.

2nd Bull – Marcos Bastinhas – (Canas Viguru – 560 kg)

Marcos Bastinhas’ first performance tonight at Campo Pequeno was top notch and that’s how it got started, with more carats.
Marcos greeted the cage door, taking another handsome bull from Kanas with him with joy and trepidation. The three long ones were wonderful, as were the short ones, of frankly good performance.
Performance with flames, joy and thunderous applause from the audience.

Antonio Tomás from the amateur group Koruce made the first catch of the formation on the first try.

1st bull – Antonio Telles – (Kanas Viguru – 578 kg)

António Paglia Ribeiro Telles opened the night when it comes to equestrian sports.
The veteran bullfighter performed regularly, in a positive tone, listening to music after nailed down his short bandarilla.
The first bull to enter the arena displayed an engraving with a trapium suitable for the most important bullring in the country.

Vitor Epifanio of the Grupo de Forcados Amateurs de Lisboa made his first attempt by making a toast to the group he is “competing” with tonight.

Opening day of the season at Campo Pequeno after many transfers, transfers, transfers …

The day has come, and let’s enjoy it, because the future that we dreamed about today may be completely different tomorrow …

A motto like “day after day”!

The race has begun, and here and, as always, at TouroeOuro, it will be the site for all the latest news on this night show in Lisbon.

The artists have already passed through the arena, and this is tonight: Antonio Telles, Marcos Bastinhas and Francisco Paglia.
The pitchforks of the Lisbon and Korus groups were also profiled.

The bulls from Canas Vigouroux will be dealt with, and Fabiu Costa, assisted by veterinarian Jorge Moreira da Silva, will be in charge of the celebration.

Note: Before the start of the exhibition, Tauromaquia applied for the Cultural and Intangible Heritage of Portugal.

The arena has very good public access due to the restrictions imposed during the pandemic and is very close to registering the maximum capacity allowed.

A minute of silence was honored in memory of João Corteção, as well as all the victims of Covid, and the National Anthem was performed, with all those present in the arena and the audience “in one voice.”
