As the host of “To Catch a Beautician” from VH1, Tamar Braxton helped seek justice for victims of the salon disaster, with the help of celebrity hairdresser Johnny Wright.
And Braxton, 43, said he suffered his fair hair havoc.

Of course, his decision to shave his hair in 2018 really made headlines. “My family really attacked me,” he recalled. “That was a natural reaction with my sister and sister. They are like, ‘Girl, what have you experienced? Are you alright? Do I need to come see you? Do you need help? When was the last time you ate? “I got all of it.”
But Braxton said the large chunks were not intended as shouts for help, but on the contrary. “When someone cuts their hair, it’s not always [because of] negative mental problems, “he said.
“Sometimes you have to build yourself up to get ready to fight the world. I used to feel pressured to find a certain way in Hollywood, but I don’t anymore. I think you can count on your talents and work ethic to speak for yourself; that’s what I do now. “
