Singer Nogo do Borel was dropped from reality TV show “A Fazenda 13” this Saturday on charges of misconducting rival Diana Mello on a program in which they both participated. The information was confirmed by RecordTV.
São Paulo Civil Police are investigating Nego do Borel on suspicion of rape.
The production of the program turned off the lights in the room, and the camera was fixed at a point where the bed on which they both lay was not visible. However, on the recording, a moment is heard when the model, clearly drunk, asks the singer to stop. Several Brazilian media outlets reported on the incident, which took place early Saturday morning. The situation caused a lot of outrage from Twitter users.
Dayane Mello’s lawyers have already registered the incident with the police.
The sponsors of the program require the participant to be expelled. Meanwhile, the station has already confirmed that the group is analyzing what happened and will speak out on the case.
