Samsung has super lenses to attack cameras

Smartphones are becoming more advanced and I am not even talking about a specific area. This is even in general. Every time we get better screens, big batteries, download speed faster and cameras innovative. However, in the case of photography, it is still difficult to keep up with the quality of cameras. This is because there is little room for inserting sensors and lenses. However, things will soon change. This is because Samsung will be releasing smartphones with super lenses soon.

Samsung has super lenses to attack cameras

South Korean newspaper Elec it was revealed that Samsung is developing metal lenses, also known as super lenses. In practice, they seem to have a flat structure. However, there are nanoparticles on the surface. So he can refract light… This is a system similar to Fresnel Nits which are used in headlights. However, the accuracy is greater and they are much finer.

Samsung claims this technology can do smartphones thinner. However, since the lenses are thinner, you can use larger sensors. That is, the quality of the photo can be significantly improved and become closer to the cameras.

When this new super lens technology goes into production, there is little doubt that smartphones will become even more beautiful. This is because it will be possible to shrink these boxes cameras which are so trendy now and can be found in most outfits.

Now the really big challenge will be to bring this technology to mass production, thanks to production at the nanometer scale.

But Samsung isn’t the only one working on this technology.

The Chinese company Shenzhen MetalenX Technology is also developing this technology. However, they seem to be more advanced. Unless the person in charge has already discovered that this system is already being mass-produced.

However, besides smartphones, these lenses have other uses as well. At the same time, installation on microscopes, a security system and much more is possible.

What we really want to see is a smartphone app and what the differences will be in practice.
