Robot Cache, the world’s first platform for the distribution and resale of PC games, has announced its arrival in Brazil. The service can now be accessed through the official website and has games from major publishers and developers. In the face of competition from Steam and Epic, the store promises to reward players with digital game resale and currency mining.

On the platform, you can buy titles such as Ghostwire: Tokyo, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, ROCK, Metro Light Redux e Wasteland 3as well as many other games from companies such as Bethesda, THQ Nordic, Paradox and more.

The store has an option that allows the player to sell one of their games from the digital library and receive 25% of the profit from the transaction. With the permission of the user, it is still possible to use the idle time of the computer to receive Robot Cache (“IRON”) digital currency, which can be used to purchase new games.

Robot Cache also features a game platform with challenges that reward players with even more IRON. According to the official statement, on average, players receive up to $40 per month using the store. The cost corresponds to 216 reais in direct conversion, which can be used to purchase new adventures.

“From the beginning, our vision has been to change the way people buy games,” Lee Jacobson, co-founder and CEO of Robot Cache, said in a statement. “Enabling our fans to buy, play and list their games for sale whenever they see fit gives them the opportunity to purchase even more games. A game in your game library shouldn’t be sitting there collecting digital dust. We are very excited for Brazilian PC gamers. The economic model of Robot Cache will benefit creators and gamers across this great country.”

“We really wanted to create a model that benefits both players and developers. Robot Cache never earns more than 5% commission, so a much larger profit ends up returning to players (25%) and creators, many of whom have already suffered. for many years with higher distribution fees. We want game creators to be able to earn more so that they can channel that extra income into even bigger projects.”
