Queen Elizabeth II’s granddaughter decides if she wants to become a princess

UOne of the younger granddaughters of Queen Elizabeth II, Lady Louise Windsor, is about to decide if she wants to represent the royal title of princess. The daughter of Prince Edward and Sophia, Countess of Wessex, turned 18 this Monday, the 8th, an age that allows her to make this very important decision.

Until now, Lady Louise Windsor has led a very low-key life, like the vast majority of royal children, but in recent months she has gained notoriety for the death of her grandfather, Prince Philip.

The young teenager shared the same passion for driving (the way she competes) with her grandfather and was therefore chosen to inherit the carriage and horses of the Duke of Edinburgh.

Prince Edward’s daughter was the first granddaughter to appear in public and mourn the death of her grandfather. This fact marked a turning point in his public appearances, which until now have been very rare.

Lady Louise Alice Elizabeth Mary is Prince Edward’s eldest daughter and is therefore 16th in line to the British throne after her father and younger brother, 13-year-old Viscount Severn.

Currently, the girl is studying at Ascot, loves to draw and wants to go to college. Its future in the public sphere may be linked to the fight against climate change, one of its main drivers.
