Around the same time, major games like Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War are released. it looks like the Sony console – and Microsoft – will follow suit.

How much will the PS5 cost?

Unfortunately, we still don’t know PS5 price… Both PS5 models were unveiled at a Sony event, although neither received a price tag. In a press release after the June 11 event, Sony said the pricing information would come “later.” Again, we expect this information to be released in September along with pre-order details. Sony has stated in the past that The PS5 price will be “attractive to gamers.” because of its characteristics.

Two versions: PS5 and PS5 Digital Edition.

At launch, the PlayStation 5 will have two models, including the slimmer Digital Edition, which will presumably be cheaper.

At the PS5 launch, we first saw two different versions of Sony’s next-gen console. The first PS5 comes with a 4K Blu-ray drive, and the second does not and is called the PS5 Digital Edition.

PS5 Accessories

The PlayStation 5 line of accessories includes a headset, controller charging cradle and more.

During the PS5 demo, we first got to know some of the official PS5 accessories. Sony unveiled a new headset, remote control, controller charging dock, and camera. Prices were not disclosed. More information on PS5 known

The PS5 can stand upright or lie on its side.

PS5 will usher in a new generation of games, but it will also feature PS4 backward compatibility… Both consoles share a similar internal architecture, so the transition is easier than what we’ve seen from PS3 to PS4. However, it is unclear which PS4 games will be compatible with the PS5. Sony said most games will run on PS5 – Cerny noted that almost all The 100 Most Popular PS4 Games Will Be Compatible with a new system. The reason some games are incompatible is because “the growth is really huge this time around, and some game code just can’t handle it,” Cerny said. This means that Sony must test every game before it can give it its due.

Speaking of gaming, Sony also showed quite a lot during the PS5 launch in June. Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Horizon Forbidden West, and Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart were among the revelations, as were Resident Evil 8: Village, Hitman III, and the Demon’s Souls remake. Sony claims PS5 has the “best squad” in PlayStation historyis a bold ambiguous statement.

For PS5 specifications, it primarily boasts a dedicated 825GB solid state drive with an expandable NVMe SSD storage slot that faster installation time and faster boot times – although not all NVMe SSDs will be able to keep up with the PS5.

The console supports ray tracing, 3D audio and PlayStation VR, and has a 4K UHD Blu-ray drive. To keep things simple, Sony said the PS5 is powerful enough to support 4K resolution @ 120Hz refresh rate– that’s double that of most TVs, which typically run at 60Hz.

PS5 “DualSense” Wireless Controller

Sony also showed PS5 DualSense controller earlier this year. Sony said one of its goals is “to enhance the sense of immersion in games.” The company has clarified this by unveiling two new features that the next generation controller will support. The first is replacing rumble technology with tactile feedback – which is why they dropped the Shock part of the DualShock name. Sony states that “you really feel a wider range of feedback” with tactile sensations, which means “hitting a wall in a racing car is very different from grabbing on a football field.” Sony noted that you can even sense the difference between the different textures.

The second big new feature is what Sony calls “adaptive triggers,” which the company claims can mimic various actions such as “the tactile sensation of pulling a bow and arrow or accelerating an SUV over rocky terrain.”

As for the controller, Sony also recently announced that the DualShock 4 will be able to connect to PS5 but won’t work with PS5 games, which likely means it can only be used for PS4 backward compatible games.
