The leaders of 31 primary schools of the municipal network took part in the 2nd Training Meeting on the preparation of the Political Education Project (PPP) for implementation in school divisions from the second semester of 2022.
The PPP is being prepared by the Department of Education (Semed) through the Directorate of Teaching/Department of Primary Education, and the latest event with Principals, Alternate Principals and Educational Coordinators hosted last week by Advisor Andrea Richitelli.
The political-pedagogical project is a theoretical and methodological tool for intervening and changing reality in search of the quality of education, success and permanence of students in school. This is a tool for the formation of citizens,” said Luciana Kruvinel, director of education at Semed.
According to Mara Jennari, Head of the Department of Primary Education, the project itself is a process of building and organizing the pedagogical work of the school as a whole on the principles of democratic governance, quality and equality.
At this last meeting, the management teams of the schools were focused on how to write the PPP Situational Concept Paper.
Actions around the Political Education Project have also advanced to the formation of commissions made up of representatives of teachers, administrative staff and families who will be involved in the process of developing the teaching staff of each educational unit.
