After the second round of the 2022 elections, after voting on Sunday (30), Paraiba received confirmation of the re-election of the governor, João Azevedo. Another winner in this second phase is the now-elected President Lula (PT), who will govern the country for the third time.

When it comes to the issue of scores and balance in this year’s runoff election, Rede Ita’s (Old TV Itararé) Ideia Livre’s latest edition was entirely focused on that.

The guest of the evening was UFCG professor and political scientist Marciano Monteiro. In the interview presented by Arimatea Sousa, in addition to lawyer Marina Gadelha, journalists Max Silva and Josusmar Barbosa also took part.

One of the lawyer’s questions to the political scientist concerned the decrease in the number of abstentions in the second round and the disproportionate increase in Bolsonaro’s votes compared to Lula.
