The political debate program Sem Moderation, which was broadcast by Canal Q, will be produced and broadcast on SIC Notícias from the beginning of November. This will cause Impresa to steal commentator Francisco Mendes da Silva from TVI24 and Jose Eduardo Martins from RTP3.

In SIC Notícias Sem Moderation will save the panel that it already had no Q-channel: Former Deputy SDP and Former Secretary of State for Durau Barroso and Santana Lopes, Jose Eduardo Martins; Deputy PS Pedro Delgado Alves; former CDS deputy (for one month in 2015) Francisco Mendes da Silva; and Daniel Oliveira, journalist and co-founder of Politics XXI and Left Bloc.

No moderation is an original idea fictitious productions and Canal Q, and consists of a political debate program in which each commentator changes moderator’s chair at each broadcast without actually owning the seat. That is, there is not a single figure who has superior power over all others.

Francisco Mendes da Silva, who also PUBLIC Browserwill no longer be a commentator for TVI24 (the future CNN Portugal), and José Eduardo Martins will leave his place as commentator on the O Outros Lado program, also analyzing current political events, which is broadcast on RTP3 on Monday evenings (which has Pedro Adao e Silva and Ana Drago). Pedro Delgado Alves was already at SIC Notícias, sharing Linhas Vermellas face-to-face with Miguel Morgado (PSD) on Wednesday night.

After municipal electionsSIC Notícias has already launched a new personal debate program, Linhas Vermelhas. He now takes over the production of Sem Moderação, but is still in talks with Channel Q and Produções Fictícias about the broadcast mode of the program, which could be re-launched on Q after its debut on SIC Notícias.
