Portuguese Pedro Pablo Pichardo jumps on Thursday to try and win the gold medal in the triple jump at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. and add an unprecedented fourth “metal” from Portugal to the edition

On Tuesday, the 28-year-old Pichardo secured his presence in the final, which is scheduled for 11:00 local time (0:00 in Lisbon). from 17.71 meters in the second attempt, which was the best result in qualifying at the Olympic Games.
