David Segui, a baseball veteran who played for seven different teams during his 15-year career, is ready to move from his entertainer board in Arizona. The large Phoenix house with a swimming pool, tennis court and gazebo with a newly registered 10-person spa sells for $ 4.5 million.

According to the list, the house is under repair, and prices will be raised after the work is completed. Segui still has to make a big profit; records show he paid $ 1,875 million in 2013.

Estate gated clocks on 1.5 hectares with views of Camelback Mountain. Her two houses – the main house with seven bedrooms and a two-bedroom guesthouse – join more than 10,000 square feet.

Inside, 25-foot ceilings cover the sleek and spacious common space with paint and new floors. Stacked stone accents attract attention too, lining an island in the kitchen, a fireplace in the living room and walls in the main bathroom.

The curved opening extends into the ornate backyard, and the second floor deck takes a scene from above.

Jennifer Bellinger from Realty ONE Group holds the listing.

As the son of former MLB pitcher Diego Segui, David Segui was the first baseman for the Orioles, Mets, Expos, Mariners, Blue Jays, Rangers and Indians during his career. He achieved 139 home runs and 684 RBI from 1990 to 2004.
