After completing contracts for around 175 of his MLB clients, sports agent Scott Boras is eyeing his own agreement. His contemporary Venice for three years is on the market for $ 3.54 million, or $ 360,000 more than he paid in 2017.
The list arrived just weeks after he spent $ 3,925 million on a beach house in Newport Beach, where his sports agency was located.
Boras bought a newly built place, and it looked almost the same as that time, offering a slick living space with warm forests and white walls along 3,123 square feet. The dazzling wood also covered the facade, because the two-story residence occupies slender land about two miles from the sea.

On the main floor, a long and narrow floor plan combines a living room, dining room, media room and designer kitchen with oak cabinets and silver marble tables. The glass wall opens to the rear, where a thin expanse of grass is bordered by a saltwater pool and spa.
The floating staircase accesses the second floor, complete with a spacious landing and main room. This is one of four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
Boras has negotiated more than $ 2.3 billion in current baseball contracts, according to Forbes, who also named him the second most powerful sports agent in the world in 2019. Over the years, he represented All-Stars such as Alex Rodriguez, Bryce Harper, Prince Fielder, Matt Holliday, Kris Bryant, and three-time Cy Young Award winner Max Scherzer.
His wife, Jeanette Biewers-Boras, holds the list.
