Mike Perry shows up to punch an old man and uses racial slurs at a Texas restaurant Tuesday night in a video published on Wednesday.

In the video, the UFC welterweight class is seen coming out of the restaurant during a dispute with another customer. Perry argues that another restaurant – not the person he hit – touched it first.

The incident occurred at the Table 82 restaurant in Lubbock, Texas. around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday night. After a fight with someone on his desk, a staff member asked Perry to leave, but instead he hit the employee, according to TMZ. Perry also hit one of his girlfriend’s girlfriends on the table, according to the report. The quarrel was not captured in the video.

When the video starts, several people in the restaurant, including his girlfriend, are seen trying to make Perry leave. Standing outside, Perry said he would stay at the entrance until the police arrived so he could tell his story. Immediately afterwards, several men followed him to the entrance.

WARNING: GRAPHIC LANGUAGE

Before hitting him on the video, Perry can be heard saying “I’ll knock your old ass too. Let’s go a piece of fat s-t.”

The victim was transported to a local hospital. Police said he was unconscious when they arrived, according to the gossip website.

After hitting the old man, Perry could be heard using the word N several times as he sat on the ledge outside the restaurant, challenging the witness to call the police and claim “You can’t touch me. If you touch me, you die.” Perry, who is skinned white, has openly used racial slur throughout his career. It did not appear that Perry directed insults at any black person.

Perry’s management team hasn’t commented on the incident. The 28-year-old fighter just tweeted “No comments” Wednesday night.

Perry (14-6) defeated Mickey Gall at UFC Fight Night on June 27. In that fight, Perry especially did not have a coach in his corner. Instead, he chose to only have his girlfriend, Latory Gonzalez.
