Microsoft Flight Simulator Available For Xbox Series And Xbox Game Pass

Xbox announced that Microsoft Flight Simulator is now available for Xbox Series as well as Xbox Game Pass. The start of work on the latest Microsoft console was marked with a new kick-off cinematic. The version for the console duo has arrived be expected in July.

As detailed in posted on the Xbox Wire news site, the version for a pair of Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X consoles will have some new features to take advantage of the hardware.

Among them is Discovery Flight, which offers specific itineraries for some of the world’s most famous landmarks. There’s also what’s called World Exploration Enhancements, which include map captions and names that highlight points of interest to make navigation easier.

Flight Training mode promises to make life easier for the most inexperienced players, and there are also short lessons and 22 training flights. Another feature is the AI ​​Flight Assistant, which includes assistance with landing the aircraft when they reach their destination.

It is also confirmed that additional assistance will be provided to gamers during this time with the Land Anywhere and Water features found on many aircraft in Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Of course, the console version also includes all updates known as “World Updates” that have been added to the PC version since its release. Manufacturer Asobo Studio also promises to keep improving and adding new features to the game in the months and years to come.

To keep the community together, the developer announced that future updates will roll out to the console version around the same time they hit the PC.
