“Living with depression is shit.”
DHaving recently suggested that she is battling depression, Catarina Camacho has taken to her social media again to share her feelings and emotional outburst about the illness.
“Living in good Portuguese with depression sucks“, begins with a suggestion about the host of RTP1, which roughly explains the sadness that makes her tired and doesn’t even want to get up.
“I spend my time looking for strategies to counteract my lack of will for everything. I’m tired… I have a desire to remain hidden, forgotten and sleep in any corner. But then the “voice of a little angel” is heard and asks: what about them? Family, yours? And so I get up and leave not for myself, but for them, ”he says.
Hoping to connect with people like her who are trying to overcome depression, Katarina follows this testimony, which many can identify, with a video of her showing the result of her power. The pictures show the communicator on a walk – a small victory for those who didn’t even want to get out of bed.
