LG wants to improve home theater experience with new CineBeam laser projector

LG introduces the new CineBeam 4K premium laser projector, model HU915QE, which introduces a new Ultra Short Throw laser system designed for cinema lovers. This new premium solution has been created to enliven living rooms, projecting a 90″ image when the projector is only 5.6 cm from the wall, or if you move it further away, at a distance of 18.3 cm, it can expand up to 120″. In this way, the projector adapts to the size of the room and the distance of the sofas from the screen.

Space optimization is indeed the main advantage of the new model, allowing fans of movies and series to have an immersive experience. The projector delivers 3,700 ASNI lumens and a 2,000,000:1 contrast ratio, promising brighter, more realistic images for a more immersive viewing experience.. LG says the new projector uses three-channel laser technology, separating light sources for each primary RGB color. In this sense, the projector offers sharper images even during the day.

The projector offers 4K resolution, supports HDR dynamic tone mapping, and analyzes and adjusts image brightness in every frame. The system adjusts brightness levels based on ambient light conditions.optimizing perception both in brighter lighting conditions and at night, simulating a movie.

Your webOS operating system natively supports core applications of streaming platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube and Apple TV without the need for other hardware. The projector supports content through an image projection system via Screen Mirroring, Apple AirPlay 2 and Bluetooth. The equipment also has speakers with a power of 40 W and 2.2 channels.
