UA judge from Chubut, Argentina, is involved in controversy after he was caught kissing a prisoner sentenced to prison for the murder of a police officer on December 29.

According to the Clarín website, the “misconduct” leading to an internal investigation was captured by the prison’s CCTV cameras.

In the video, the judge reunites with the prisoner, whom she fondles and kisses.

The judge in question, Mariel Suarez, belonged to the same panel of judges who sentenced Christian Omar “May” Bustos to life in prison for the 2009 murder of a police officer.

On December 22, 2021, just days before she was caught kissing a cellmate, a judge voted against the verdict, asking for a minor.

The investigation now intends to find out under what circumstances the meeting between Maryele and Christian took place, how long it lasted and what happened during it, in order to find out whether there was a violation of the law. In this case, the judge may be removed from office and brought before a court.
