In the wake of Russian bombings of Vinnitsa and Nikolaev, the Ukrainian president this Thursday welcomed the announcement of a new package of sanctions against Russia that the European Union is working on. Zelensky needs time and the struggle continues, but the day will come when “Russian terror” will become “impossible.”

After the attack on Vinnitsa and other terrorist attacks by the Russian army, the occupiers should feel what a fair response to terror is. In particular, this will be felt thanks to the sanctions,” he said.

The Ukrainian leader says the process of identifying those responsible for the attack has already begun, adding that everything will be done to bring the “Russian killers” to justice.

In a new assessment of the terrorist attack that claimed the lives of 23 people in Vinnytsia, Volodymyr Zelenskyy says that almost 200 people sought medical help, there are records of four people in critical condition, and four more are missing.

Not speech daily Zelensky also recalls the attack on two universities in Mykolaiv, which he calls a double crime: the destruction of educational institutions so that new teachers could not be trained. However, he guarantees that everything destroyed will be restored and that as long as Ukraine retains humanity and civility, Russian society “with so many murderers and executioners” will remain “crippled” for generations.
