The haunted former Bel-Air Ed McMahon has just reappeared for sale at a price of $ 10.5 million, making it the second of the properties of a former TV deceased property to enter the market. Just last week, his old home in Beverly Hills was listed with $ 6.795 million, The Times previously reported.

The $ 10.5 million tag is $ 2 million embarrassed from what was originally requested in 2018, records show.

Unlike traditional McMahon-style venues in Beverly Hills, this one offers a majestic Tudor vibe with balconies, terraces and half wood adorning the three-story exterior. In addition to the 1930s house, this half-hectare estate also has a courtyard, swimming pool, tiered terrace, and a special fountain.

Inside, lattice windows, crown castings and dramatic domed ceilings bind the house to its roots. At 6,741 square feet, there are six bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

There is also a kitchen-style kitchen and a breakfast room with picture windows. The French door in the living room opens outside, where the terrace goes down to the outdoor kitchen and fireplace. Mature trees privatize space.

McMahon, who died in 2009 at the age of 86, was a famous actor, host and talk show host during a long career in show business. He appeared on “The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson” for 30 years, where he coined the now famous phrase “Here Johnny.”

Rabbi Aboulhosn of Keller Williams Beverly Hills holds the listing.
