“I have never been so exhausted, I have never had so many questions in my head.”

DAfter becoming the mother of twins Maria Ines and Maria Beatriz for the first time last July as a result of her relationship with Gonzalo da Camara Pereira, Marta Faial decided to open her heart to talk about this new phase.

On her Instagram page, the actress shared the excitement about motherhood and how her life changed with the advent of babies.

“This whole process of being mom and dad, whoever you are … you have to tell him … I’ve never been so exhausted, I’ve never had so many questions in my head … Me” I reached that level of concern about myself, which I forget about because I drive one by one. If the snacks and cookies hadn’t saved me, ”he began.

“Even combing my hair, I forget … It’s to wash your hair, catch it and that’s it … Priorities change in the blink of an eye. But at the same time, I have never had so much energy, such resilience, calmness and patience. And when I say this, I am talking about all phases, including pregnancy, ”she said.

“Every day we learn, we adapt, we test, we make mistakes, we do everything right, and in the midst of all this, we are honored to see our children grow up every day, who are the fruit of great love. Nobody said it would be easy, but I was always told that it would be a wonderful adventure, and no matter how tired I am, I know we were happy. ”
