Car collectors continued to flock to the Thermal Club, a luxury motor sport development tucked into the Coachella Valley desert. Records show a large villa overlooking the newly-traded racetrack in a unique community for $ 3.25 million.

Marketed as a driver’s paradise, Thermal Club offers an alternative playground for the wealthy with four racetracks on 426 hectares and various facilities for car collectors. This is a member-only community, so the only way to enter is to buy property there.

Most homes range from $ 2.5 million to $ 12 million and cover between 6,000 and 9,000 square feet with a 20-car garage. It’s an hour at 12,317 square feet with a two-storey car vault capable of carrying 40 vehicles. The bedroom / sitting room is at the top of the room.

The deck on the upper level faces the North Palm Circuit, a 1.2-mile racetrack with 10 rounds that pierces development. Homeowners have access to all tracks and can eat breakfast while watching while the mechanical staff tunes their cars for the day.

This three-story house also includes five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a large space of 1,000 square feet, a kitchen with a marble island, and a gym.

As for the facilities, there is a clubhouse, restaurant, tuning shop, two putting green, and a four-story observation tower. Residents can also ask staff to take care of the house, provide daily necessities, and take care of the car when they leave for a monthly additional fee. Last year, 89 of the 268 home sites were sold.

The Bergsma and Triscari groups at Pacific Sotheby International Realty handle both ends of the agreement.
