Personal trainers Chris and Heidi Powell, who together host the ABC reality show “Extreme Weight Loss,” are looking for ways to make a deal in the desert. Their traditional home in Mesa, Ariz., Has just entered the market at a price of $ 1.3 million.

The list appeared about a month after the couple announced their split on Instagram. They bought the home of former Ace Giants Matt Cain for $ 1.1 million in 2013, real estate records show.

Covering an acre in a gated community, the estate has a 4,600 square foot main house, a 600 square foot guesthouse, and a resort-like backyard. Inside, a neutral-pitched living room combines brick, stone, wood and tiles.

Radiant ceilings occupy almost every space, including a formal dining room, a large two-story space, and a double island kitchen with a breakfast corner. Elsewhere there are six bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, offices, a special cinema, and a game room that is entered through a stone gate.

The enclosed terrace opens to the entertainer’s backyard, which utilizes space with a basketball court, putting green courts, playgrounds, underground trampolines and resort-style swimming pools and spas with a slide. Precisely, the three-car garage has been converted into a gym.

Denver Lane and Cindy Tessitore from Balboa Realty hold listings.

Together, the couple hosted “Extreme Weight Loss,” a spin-off from the “Extreme Makeover” franchise that ran for five seasons from 2011-15.
