Radiant ceilings occupy almost every space, including a formal dining room, a large two-story space, and a double island kitchen with a breakfast corner. Elsewhere there are six bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, offices, a special cinema, and a game room that is entered through a stone gate.
The enclosed terrace opens to the entertainer’s backyard, which utilizes space with a basketball court, putting green courts, playgrounds, underground trampolines and resort-style swimming pools and spas with a slide. Precisely, the three-car garage has been converted into a gym.
Denver Lane and Cindy Tessitore from Balboa Realty hold listings.
Together, the couple hosted “Extreme Weight Loss,” a spin-off from the “Extreme Makeover” franchise that ran for five seasons from 2011-15.
