Actor Allen Covert from the classic sect “Grandma Boy” registered his Calabasas home this week and within a day got an offer in a delayed hand, according to the Multiple Listing Service. The asking price is $ 2,475 million.

Located within a heavily guarded community, the two updated floors have six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a living room of more than 6,600 square feet. Its features include high ceilings, detailed prints, two-story porches and living rooms with wet bars. Special library equipped with French doors and built-in.

The house, built in 1997, stands on half a hectare of land with a covered terrace, lawn and built-in barbecue. There is a flowing waterfall feature for the pool and spa.

Covertly bought the house four years ago from Filipino entertainer Charon Cuneta for $ 2.17 million, The Times previously reported.

Covert, executive producer for Adam Sandler’s Happy Sand Productions, this year appeared and produced the Netflix comedy “The Wrong Missy.” His awards for decades also included “Big Daddy,” “Little Nicky” and “50 First Dates.”

Doug Puetz of Keller Williams Realty holds the listing.
