Hot Property: Onetime Hollywood Hills, home of ‘Perc’ Westmore

A magnificent Mediterranean-style house once owned by Percival “Perc” Westmore, a member of the famous Westmore makeup artist’s family, has come to the Hollywood Hills market for $ 5,495 million.

Westmore, who worked for decades as a makeup artist for Warner Bros., was the second owner of a well cared for residence, dating from 1937. Since the late 1950s, the house has been owned by the Harold Holden family, wartime. a doctor who became a leading Hollywood plastic surgeon in the 1940s and 50s.

Recently renovated and renewed, this 4,260-square-foot house has a sunken living room with a fireplace, an updated kitchen, four bedrooms and six bathrooms.
