Heisman winner and Super Bowl winner Charles Woodson recently sold his home in Orlando, Florida, for $ 670,000, according to records. The decorated Cornerback has offered offers since January, when he first registered it for sale for $ 714,900.

Woodson owned half a hectare of land for his entire NFL career, spending $ 570,000 on the place a few days before he was recruited in 1998.

The semi-circular footpath approaches the two-story house, which has four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms in only 4,000 square feet. At the back, the comforter terrace overlooks the swimming pool, spa and dining room.

Tiled and wooden floors cover the living room, which includes a living room under a ceiling tray and a kitchen with a breakfast bar. The most spacious room is in the living room two floors with a mirror wall and fireplace.

The landscape touches the front of the property, and the fence surrounds the terrace at the back. Built in 1994, this house is surrounded by lakes in the Cypress Point gatekeeper community.

Woodson’s career level stretched back to his college years, where he led the Michigan Wolf to the national title and became the first major defensive player to win the Heisman Cup. In the NFL, he divided the time between the Raiders and the Packers, winning the Super Bowl championship with Green Bay in 2011.

Matthew Reynolds from Chris Quarles Properties holds the list. Timothy Mosur from Clock Tower Realty represents the buyer.
