One year and three price cuts later, actor John Stamos finally sold his old house in the Beverly Hills Post Office area. The French Country-style estate only trades hands for $ 4.24 million, records show.

That’s about 37% shy of the asking price last summer, but it’s still a nice increase to the $ 3.57 million paid by the star of “Full House” in 2005. The sale came about a year after he took the Cape Cod-style place on Hidden Hills for $ 5.75 million.

There is a lot of privacy, because this property is perched on a small hill behind a private fenced road and a private fenced road. Inside, the park features a 1950s romantic home surrounded by parks, fountains and lush landscaping.

The ceiling beamed from the hardwood floors in the living room, which included the dining room, the chef’s kitchen with sky lighting, and an extraordinary room with a dramatic stone fireplace. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms complement the interior of 3,500 square feet.

French doors open outside, where a stone terrace features views of the city and mountains. Swimming pool and guesthouse, which is currently used as a music room, complements this property.

Besides “Full House,” Stamos, 56, has starred in “General Hospital,” “ER” and “You.” He also recently changed his role as Uncle Jesse in Netflix’s “Fuller House”, which was also produced by executives.

During the 90s, he had a large Mediterranean house on six hectares in Calabasas before selling it for $ 2.15 million in 2001. The property was recently re-sold for $ 4.1 million.

Aileen Comora and Paul Lester from the Agency hold the list. Thomas Davila from Compass represents the buyer.
