The acrobat and “Jackass” personality, Chris Pontius, has completed several businesses in Hollywood Hills, selling his old home in the area for a little over $ 1.26 million.

That’s about $ 15,000 more than the asking price and more than double what Pontius paid for the place in 2002 – $ 535,000.

Nestled among trees in Nichols Canyon, the square-shaped Midcentury has floor-to-ceiling window walls overlooking greenery and small streams.

A living room with a copper fireplace, an updated kitchen, a dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms is about 1,100 square feet from the interior. The office / lounge behind the doors that surround the living room.

Pontius, 45, is known for appearing on the MTV show “Jackass” as well as feature franchise films. He was previously the host of “Jackass”, “Wildboyz,” and also appeared on the hidden camera show “Totally Busted.”

Anthony Paradise from Sotheby’s International Realty is a registration agent. Carl Gambino from Compass represents the buyer. The exact selling price is $ 1,260,340.
