Chris Paul returns to Los Angeles.

The former Clippers star, now with the Oklahoma City Thunder, has bought a newly-built home in Encino for a little over $ 11.1 million, according to sources with knowledge of an unauthorized agreement to discuss it publicly and ask for anonymity.

Details about the estate, which are sold in the market, are not many, but building records reveal that the property includes a two-story main residence and a suitable guesthouse. These two farmhouse-inspired structures combine a living space of more than 12,000 square feet. There is also an attached five car garage.

The estate is located behind a gate of more than one hectare with a swimming pool and cabana. There is also a sports field for H-O-R-S-E game. The view from the property is visible in the mountains and valleys.

Paul, 35, has been largely in sales mode since he was traded last year to Thunder in a deal that sent Russell Westbrook to the Rockets. Among the point guard real estate measures was the sale of 18,700 square meters of homes in Woodlands, Texas last year.

Last month, he bought back his contemporary home in the Bayou Woods neighborhood in Houston for $ 7.5 million, a reduction of $ 400,000 from the price previously asked.

Star 10-time all-star, Paul began his career with the Charlotte Hornets and came to the Clippers in 2011 after the proposed trade sent him to the Lakers vetoed by then Commissioner David Stern. He was traded by the Clippers to the Rockets in 2017 for a package that included guards Patrick Beverley and Lou Williams and the Montrezl Harrell center.
