Many hits have been recorded at Williamson Burbank, but now the owner hopes to record sales. The 2,500 square foot recording studio is now ready to reach $ 2.35 million.
Owned by the music industry-veteran-turned-real-estate developer Chris Beaven, the high-end production studio opened in 2018 and serves creators in the music, film and production industries. It’s one of three under the name Williamson; others in North Hollywood and Nashville.
Offering sleek spaces with neutral tones and hard wood floors, the facility has eight soundproof music production rooms – including five with vocal stands – as well as four offices.
