Married actors, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, plan to leave their homes in Beverly Hills for the past six years, by registering a traditionally inspired East Coast for $ 13,995 million.

That’s $ 3.78 million more than the couple paid for property in 2014 a few months after getting engaged, records show.

Built around two decades ago, this plantation was a little quieter than the house they had before their engagement. Kutcher sold a single book made of glass in Hollywood Hills for $ 9,925 million in 2014, and Kunis took down a Mediterranean-style complex in the same area a few months later for $ 3,825 million.

This one is half an hectare in the gated community of Hidden Valley right next to Franklin Canyon Park, centered on a three-story house with five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms at 7,351 square feet. A landscape courtyard and a stone walkway approach the house, which attracts attention with stone accents and black shutters.

French doors, oak floors, and crown molding touch public spaces. The formal living room is expanded into the mahogany office, and the chef’s kitchen leads to a breakfast corner and a family room with a fireplace. Other highlights include a fitness center, sauna, wet bar and wine cellar.

A covered terrace extends from the back of the house, down to a grassy courtyard with a swimming pool, spa and grill.

Kutcher starred in the sitcom “That’s 70’s Show” before appearing in the films “My Boss’s Daughter,” “The Butterfly Effect” and “Guess Who.” Recently, the 42-year-old man described Steve Jobs in “Jobs” and has also expanded his investment as a venture capitalist over the past half decade.

Originally from Ukraine, Kunis also starred in “That 70s Show” before the runaway roles in “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” and “Black Swan,” where she won the Golden Globe. His final awards include “Friends with Benefits,” “Ted” and “Oz the Great and Powerful.”

Justin Paul Huchel and Drew Fenton from Hilton & Hyland hold listings.
